Trying to add something to an existing list and it wont let me include it as a bullet point. What is the secret?

I have tried using the Classic block. It works like the default List block.

You can consider using the single line space to have a number list start with 2 or anything else. You can learn about single line spacing here: https://ultimateblocks.com/add-line-spacing/

Hello, is there a way to control the numbering in an ordered list? For instance, if I wanted to start with a number other than 1. (or do I have to use a classic block or some HTML just for that).
