Hello. I’ve been using Ultimate Blocks for a while without problems, but my site was previously hosted in a multisite. I am trying to separate it into a single site using Duplicator Pro which has worked well for this purpose, but after I restore the site as a single site, I can activate all the other plugins on the site except for Ultimate Blocks which just hangs. I’ve tried it both on my local development machine as well as on a new instance in WPEngine, and have had the same results.
I’ve disabled all other plugins and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four, but I still can’t activate Ultimate Blocks. Any ideas on what that might be? Does it try reaching out to you and perhaps sees a different domain on my site as it is expecting – or perhaps there’s postmeta stored on the network that doesn’t exist on the single site that is preventing activation? Just guessing here – please let me know if you have any ideas on why I can’t activate it.

I’ve twice created a support ticket – since we now have purchased the pro version – and have received nothing in reply. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email that the support request was received, so I’m not sure it was. The only email feedback I’ve received is when something has been added to this forum post.
