Can't activate plugin after separating from multisite

Hello.  I’ve been using Ultimate Blocks for a while without problems, but my site was previously hosted in a multisite.  I am trying to separate it into a single site using Duplicator Pro which has worked well for this purpose, but after I restore the site as a single site, I can activate all the other plugins on the site except for Ultimate Blocks which just hangs.  I’ve tried it both on my local development machine as well as on a new instance in WPEngine, and have had the same results.

I’ve disabled all other plugins and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four, but I still can’t activate Ultimate Blocks.  Any ideas on what that might be?  Does it try reaching out to you and perhaps sees a different domain on my site as it is expecting – or perhaps there’s postmeta stored on the network that doesn’t exist on the single site that is preventing activation?  Just guessing here – please let me know if you have any ideas on why I can’t activate it.

But we just purchased the pro version, and it’s doing the same thing when I try to activate the pro version – with all other plugins disabled and the theme changed to Twenty Twendy-Four.  I’m guessing I should upen a priority support issue now that we have the paid version

@istiak It was purchased by my boss at dmiyares@wtwhmedia.com – but he says he didn’t receive anything either

I’ve created another ticket with complete details as well as login info and SFTP info for our WPEngine environment.  I still didn’t receive a confirmation email after submitting that ticket (not sure if I should have).  Please verify receipt.

I’ve twice created a support ticket – since we now have purchased the pro version – and have received nothing in reply.  I didn’t even receive a confirmation email that the support request was received, so I’m not sure it was.  The only email feedback I’ve received is when something has been added to this forum post.  Please contact me at especht@wtwhmedia.com with the status of this support ticket.

@istiak What is the problem with your support?  After creating two tickets (neither of which I received any reply whatsoever), I provided the credentials twice via email.  Then I asked via email if you could at least verify receipt of my messages – and still nothing.  HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY MESSAGES?
