Toggle-content doesn't work with anchor link

This used to work – but now nothing happens!

I have a long list of toggle-content tabs.
They all have their own ID under “Advanced”.
The toggle state is set to one at a time, all collapsed, none default open.

Yet, when I link directly to a tab with #-links, they do not open.

I’m left just about the right place, just beneath the marked tab – but it doesn’t open!

I’m using toggle-content on 3 pages for the ability to deep-link, so this is a rather important issue.
I’ve tried de- and reactivating the plugin.
