Intermittent 404 errors

I am building a site for a client, and I installed Ultimate Blocks for the content toggle block. However, I quickly noticed an issue where backend pages I know exist would produce 404 errors, though sometimes a refresh would be enough to fix the issue. Deactivating the plugin appears to have to have stopped the problem, so it appears to be coming from the Ultimate Blocks plugin.
