For today’s tutorial, we will use the core blocks of Gutenberg Block Editor.
Step 1
Click the Add Block (+) button in the Block editor. Type “Cover” inside the search box and click the Cover block.

Step 2
You can upload your image, select an existing image, or use your post’s featured image.
I will select the “Media Library” option as I have uploaded my image already. Now, I will select my image and click the “Select” button.

Step 3
Now insert the “Quote” block inside the Cover block. Type “/Quote” inside and select the quote block.

Type any quote inside the quote you like.

You can modify the text’s size and color, modify the background, etc. from the right side.
