WordPress comes with the built in Gallery block that lets you create an image gallery in your website very easily. To do so, follow these steps.

Step 1: Insert Gallery Block

From your dashboard, click on the add block button and search for the ‘Gallery’ block.

Step 2: Upload Images

Now, click on the upload button and upload your images. You can also choose images from the media library.

Upon clicking on the open button, images will be inserted in the gallery.

Step 3: Customize Gallery

To customize the gallery, click on the gallery and then hit the settings button.

From here, you will be able to customize the number of columns, resolution, css and other settings.

If you would like to customize the style of the gallery, then hit the ‘Style’ tab.

From here, you will be able to customize background option. When you are done, don’t forget to hit the Publish/Update button.
