How to Use the Verse Block in WordPress
Using the version block is super easy. Follow the above steps.
Step 1: Go to Your Post or Page
To go and edit your post or page, you must navigate Posts/Pages(1) > All Posts (2) and edit that post or page (3).
Step 2: Insert the Verse Block
If you want to write poetry or song lyrics, insert the verse block in the editor.
Click on the “+” icon (Add Block) in the editor (1) and type “Verse” in the search box (2). Click on the Verse to insert it into the editor(3).
Step 3: Insert Your Poetry or Lyrics
When the Block is Inserted, insert your poems or lyrics from the source or write them in your own way.
You can customize your text formatting or use special typography from the top right. For that, navigate to Settings (1) > Block (2) > Styles (3) > Typography (4). You can also change the text color and background if you like.
You can edit all the options of the typography by simply clicking on the “Three Dots” and selecting all the options to display on the right side and modifying them to make your poetry look special.
