PHP 8 and above causing errors

Hi,

I have recently tried updating my Wordpress site PHP to 8.0.29 and above and when I do so I get the below text/error showing on my page when loaded.

I have other plugins now requiring PHP of 8 or above. Could I get some advice why Ultimate Blocks might have this problem?

Warning: Undefined array key -1 in /home/customer/www/junglehugger.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-blocks/src/blocks/table-of-contents/block.php on line 8
