I just updated Ultimate Blocks, and got a critical error in the back end. When I’m logged in every post says critical error. Here’s what the error log says:

I am not techy and do not know what any of that means. My brother just send it to me from the error log.
Please help! I use UB on almost every post! I deactivated it for now but can turn it back on if needed.

I am really sorry to hear that. And sorry for the delay, due to you posting the error log, the system went on and put your post in the spam.
Is it possible to share some more information?
What version of WordPress, PHP you are using?
Alternatively, please provide us a temporary access so that we can look directly into the issue.

I am using Wordpress 5.8.7 and PHP version 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.11 (Supports 64bit values).
Unfortunately I am away from my computer for the next 6 days. If you need account access after that I can provide it.
I haven’t heard back if anyone looked at this for me. I still need help, as my website shows “Critical Error” on the front end if I activate the plugin. Can you help?

Hello – The same problem has happened again. I updated the plugin to 3.1.0 and every page has a critical error. I (obviously) have deactivated the plugin for now.
I love Ultimate Blocks and desperately want to keep using it – but not if you cannot provide a stable product! How did whatever you fixed in v3.0.6 get broken again? Can you please help?
@meggsterc2 The issue has been solved. It will be fixed in the next plugin update.
So is this fixed then? Or when will the next version come out? And how can I know it won’t happen again?
I’m pretty ticked off that you aren’t addressing these sorts of things, when I literally have a website full of (affiliate linked) buttons that don’t work or even display, until you get around to releasing another version. Can you at least give me a timeline?

We have released the update with the fix. Please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know if you still run into issues.
It’s very hard to promise that any error won’t happen again. Any change to WordPress, PHP, SDKs, other plugins can trigger errors.
We promise to be faster with fixes if any error happens.
