Customizing the layout of your WordPress website is very important for getting the desired functionality and look. Adjusting the column widths can improve your page design from cluttered to clean in a few clicks. If you don’t know how to do it, stick to the very end.
You can change the column width to any size you want. All you have to do is open the post/page and then follow the instructions below.
Changing Column Width in WordPress
Let’s start by creating a column first. From your page/post, click on the add block button and search for the columns block.
Add the block by clicking on it. Choose any layout (I am choosing 33/33/33).
Select the column in which you want to change the width and open block settings.
On the width field set your preferred width. For the illustration process, I am adding an image block inside the columns. Finally, it will look something like below.
