If you wish, you can also change the background color of the link, then just change the background color instead of text color.

Method 2: Change the Color of Global Links
To change link color, follow the steps below and then do it yourself.
Step 1: Open Editor
First, Navigate to Appearance -> Editor.

Step 2: Open Colors in Styles
Click on Styles.

Then hit Edit Styles.

From here, you will be able to change different styles.

To change link color, click on ‘Colors’.
Step 3: Change the Link Color
Then click on the link.

From here, choose any color that you want to see on your link.
Change Hover Link Color in WordPress Using Editor
This process is similar to changing the link color. All you have to do is repeat step 1 and step 2 from ‘Method 2: Change the Color of Global Links.
Then, click on the link and then toggle the Hover tab.

Then choose the color you want.
