Creating a download link in WordPress is very easy. 

All you have to do is to upload the file to the WordPress media library and get the file URL.

Step 1: Convert Your File To ZIP Format

To allow users to download the file automatically, you need to convert the file to the ZIP format before uploading it.

Once the file has been uploaded click on the ‘Edit’ link. 

You will get the download link under the ‘File URL’. Just copy the URL.
