Implementing a well-structured FAQ section with categories can significantly elevate your website’s usability and overall appeal. You can easily do it by yourself. If you don’t know how to do it, then you are in the right place.
In this post, I will guide you to Add FAQs with categories in WordPress. By following the simple instructions below, you will be able to create an intuitive FAQ layout that not only saves time and space but also makes managing and updating your FAQs a breeze.
Let’s dive in.
Adding FAQ With Categories
Here, I have shown the whole process in three simple steps. Follow all the steps, and then you will be able to create your own FAQ with categories.
Step 1: Install Ultimate Blocks Plugin
To create a LinkedIn share button in WordPress, install Ultimate Blocks on your WordPress website. Navigate to Plugins and search for ‘Ultimate Blocks’.
Don’t forget to activate the plugin after you install it.
Step 2: Add Tabbed Content Block
Click on the Add block (‘+’) button and search for the ‘Tabbed Content’ block.
Add the block by clicking on it.
Click on the Settings icon and switch to the ‘Style’ tab.
Scroll below and click on Tab Layout. From here, select the Tab Display option as vertical.
Now, click on the tab and rename it as you desire.
If you need more tabs, click on the ‘+’ button below the tabs and add as many as a tab you need.
Step 3: Add Content Toggle
It’s time to add the FAQ section. To do that, click on any tabs and then hit the ‘+’ or add block button.
Search for the ‘Content Toggle’ block and insert it by clicking on it.
Click on the panel title and enter the title for it. Similarly, enter content for it.
If you need more toggle options, click on the ‘+’ button below the toggle.
It will add more options. In this way, you can create as many toggles as you need.
Now fill all the tabs with the necessary content toggles (or FAQs) you want.
